A few weeks ago I was given the chance to have a group shoot with a fairly new car crew, club626. The group seems pretty cool and chill with the entire crew consisting of students and (assuming) are all from the 626 area.
To start off, this shoot was done at my usual location: a parking structure. Majority of the car's were white so it made post editing easier as there weren't any missing details from the car. I also used my usual flash/strobe set up since this shoot was obviously done at night. Setting up the cars wasn't that hard as I had them positioned in the way I'd normally shoot; the only thing that matters to me when taking pictures of cars are the different angles you want to use in order to show off the certain parts/areas of the car.
The only sad part was that not everyone had the chance to be apart of the shoot as time was sort of an issue. There were 10 members but I did manage to get majority of them, hopefully we could have some future shoots. All in all though a great experience as it was my first time to do a shoot with a big group, I honestly thought the batteries for my flash would die before I could finish but everything worked out. It's good to know that there's a local car crew because most (if not all) car crews I visit are in the OC and/or the valley; with me being in the sgv area, I could now go out to meets for more coverage or to check
