This past weekend I got together with a couple of friends to do a shoot of their bikes. Despite it being hot, the whole shoot was actually pretty fun and good vibes all around. We first started at the Smog Spot in Rosemead where the current owner Patrick, also has his bike shop in the same building.
I also did some video work using my new slider. The video is kind of short but my overall focus was of the photoshoot but I am starting to slowly get back into making videos.
Coincidentally! there was also a full on filming of who knows what movie going on at the same time. The whole thing was pretty serious because they had a armed guard and a little road block going on, but it was pretty cool that some of the film crew took some pics of our shoot and the bikes we had. shrug*
The DTLA location that I've been using has become a usual spot for my shoots and although I'm still trying to master the lighting situations of the spot, I think each pic came out pretty good.
as always check out the autos page for more pics and be sure to like us on facebook!
special thanks to Patrick Huynh for letting us use his shop and his bike, Kevin Hsu, Ken Chan, Deon Lim, and Daniel Lim for coming out to the shoot(s).
